The MU-5000FS only support FAT32 format. Since the standard Windows partition utility only support up to 32GB FAT32 partition. You can do one of the followings to solve the issue:

Make several 32GB Patitions.

Make an extended FAT32 partition using commercial utility such as Partition Expert/Partition Magic, or use the free utility MKDOSFS (click to download). We recommend to keep the partition size under 120GB.
